Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crusty bread slices crackers, or pita chips for serving

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the garlic powder and dried Italian herbs to the mixture. Stir until well incorporated and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the diced cherry tomatoes and chopped basil. Toss gently to combine.
  4. Spread the creamy cheese mixture evenly into the bottom of a serving dish.
  5. Spoon the tomato and basil mixture over the cheese layer, distributing it evenly.
  6. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top of the dip.
  7. Serve immediately with crusty bread slices, crackers, or pita chips.

Notes

Storage & Reheating:
Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To enjoy it again, serve it cold or let it sit at room temperature for a bit before serving. There is no need to reheat.
Variations:
- For a spicier twist, add chopped jalapeƱos or crushed red pepper flakes to the tomato mixture.
- Use different herbs like fresh parsley or chives for a unique flavor.
- Add diced avocados for a creamy texture and additional freshness.
