Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and sauté the broccoli florets until they become tender, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  4. Add the cooked chicken and sautéed broccoli to the cream mixture, stirring gently until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top of the casserole.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Once cooked, take the casserole out of the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  10. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
