Method
 

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat heating in 15-second intervals until fully melted and well combined.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the almond flour, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
  3. Pour the melted cheese mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Add the egg and begin mixing with a spatula until the dough starts to come together.
  4. Once the dough is formed, knead it with your hands for a minute or two until smooth and elastic.
  5. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper. Using a rolling pin, roll it out to your desired thickness.
  7. Transfer the rolled dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
